Default Tube Clasps

Hi. I make beaded jewelries for hobby. I use slide end tube clasps for finishing my projects. Big problem is, these metal objects are produced only in certain sizes (2cm, 2,5cm, 3cm, 3,5cm and 4cm). I need to make various sizes like 4.8cm, 5.3cm, 6.2cm, etc.

This is a 4cm tube clasp:

Diameter of these tube clasps is approximately 4mm. Metal sheet thickness is approximately 0,2mm.

These are manufactured in China and sold by some sellers on AliExpress. I made a research on the Internet but couldn't find any helpful description of how they produce these. How can I make them at home? Is this a hard job for a newbie? Which equipment(s) do I need for this? I don't have any experience on sheet metal processing. Can I make them at home with a micro cnc router? I think cnc is not a useful choice, because these are very small objects. Thank you for your answers and ideas in advance.
